00:00:32.079 --> 00:00:38.119
it's been a tentery juice as the huge stream game

00:00:39.320 --> 00:00:42.119
Rango three.

5
00:00:42.719 --> 00:00:47.799
Come here by me to die.

6
00:00:49.479 --> 00:00:54.640
Inside these walls, inside the wild.

7
00:00:56.240 --> 00:01:33.120
Hadn't went no girls as I'm hey everyone, and welcome

8
00:01:33.159 --> 00:01:36.480
back to Blood Againola. I'm your host, Jim Chapman, and

9
00:01:36.560 --> 00:01:40.959
I'm back with another fifty Shades of Evil. Now, last

10
00:01:41.040 --> 00:01:43.359
week we went to the state of Florida, and I

11
00:01:43.560 --> 00:01:47.879
told you the case of Florida Death Row inmate Wayne Dody.

12
00:01:48.040 --> 00:01:50.079
So if you haven't heard that one, go back and

13
00:01:50.239 --> 00:01:52.719
listen to it. But if you're all caught up, I'm

14
00:01:52.799 --> 00:01:55.640
bringing you to Kansas today and I'm going to tell

15
00:01:55.640 --> 00:01:59.120
you the story of what is known as the Wichita

16
00:01:59.599 --> 00:02:03.200
massa are now that led to the arrest and conviction

17
00:02:03.480 --> 00:02:07.599
of Reginald and Jonathan Carr, who were brothers that went

18
00:02:07.719 --> 00:02:11.240
on a week long killing spree in the year two thousand.

19
00:02:11.599 --> 00:02:15.199
So let's get into it. And this story, as I said,

20
00:02:15.360 --> 00:02:19.400
takes place in Wichita, Kansas. Wichita is located in the

21
00:02:19.680 --> 00:02:23.840
south central Kansas area. It's a very large city, four

22
00:02:23.960 --> 00:02:28.560
hundred thousand residents. And as you'll see with these larger cities,

23
00:02:28.719 --> 00:02:32.759
they have a mixture, if you will, of social economic status,

24
00:02:33.080 --> 00:02:37.120
Wichita being no different. You have a really nice affluent

25
00:02:37.319 --> 00:02:40.479
area of Wichita, and you have some areas of Wichita

26
00:02:40.680 --> 00:02:44.840
that are crime ridden and poverty ridden areas. But you

27
00:02:44.879 --> 00:02:49.120
would struggle to find a time more notorious than on

28
00:02:49.680 --> 00:02:53.639
December eighth to December fifteenth of the year two thousand

29
00:02:53.800 --> 00:02:56.919
and we're going to give into why that is. But

30
00:02:57.319 --> 00:02:59.879
before we do, I need to get into who are

31
00:03:00.000 --> 00:03:02.639
the subjects are for today and give you a little

32
00:03:02.639 --> 00:03:05.360
bit of their background. And I'm going to start with

33
00:03:05.800 --> 00:03:10.080
Reginald Carr and Jonathan Carr, who were brothers. Now both

34
00:03:10.280 --> 00:03:14.800
are originally from Dodge City, Kansas. Of course, just about

35
00:03:14.879 --> 00:03:18.919
everybody out there knows or has heard of Dodge City.

36
00:03:19.039 --> 00:03:23.439
It's one of the more notorious Wild West towns in America.

37
00:03:23.759 --> 00:03:27.479
Reginald Carr was born in nineteen seventy seven. In a

38
00:03:27.560 --> 00:03:30.599
couple of years after his birth, he had a brother

39
00:03:30.759 --> 00:03:34.039
come along by the name of Jonathan Carr, and these

40
00:03:34.159 --> 00:03:38.039
two rough childhood, no doubt about it. Their parents would

41
00:03:38.120 --> 00:03:42.000
fight often, and there are even allegations that an older

42
00:03:42.199 --> 00:03:46.800
sister of these two brothers was sexually abused not only

43
00:03:46.919 --> 00:03:50.360
by their father, but also when the father and mother

44
00:03:50.439 --> 00:03:54.240
get divorced, the mother would have boyfriends and allegedly it

45
00:03:54.319 --> 00:03:59.280
had been reported that they also sexually abused that older sister.

46
00:03:59.599 --> 00:04:01.719
As a matter of fact, by the age of six

47
00:04:01.840 --> 00:04:08.039
years old, these two brothers had already been exposed to drugs, sex,

48
00:04:08.719 --> 00:04:12.599
and by the nineteen eighties their parents would divorce. Now

49
00:04:12.800 --> 00:04:16.319
their father was completely out of the picture. After that

50
00:04:16.519 --> 00:04:20.160
divorce and throughout their high school years, both of these

51
00:04:20.279 --> 00:04:23.560
guys would develop quite a record. And I'm going to

52
00:04:23.600 --> 00:04:27.759
talk about Reginald first, primarily because he's the older brother,

53
00:04:28.120 --> 00:04:31.199
and in his adolescence he would kind of show a

54
00:04:31.319 --> 00:04:37.600
lot of signs of criminal activity shoplifting, some assaults, fights,

55
00:04:37.759 --> 00:04:41.319
things of that nature, drug related offenses in his early

56
00:04:41.480 --> 00:04:45.279
teenage years, and by the time he was eighteen, he

57
00:04:45.600 --> 00:04:50.000
had been sent to prison for thirteen months for theft

58
00:04:50.079 --> 00:04:54.079
as well as six months for aggravated assault. Jonathan, he

59
00:04:54.240 --> 00:04:57.879
had a lot of similar issues. They just had no

60
00:04:58.120 --> 00:05:02.240
structure at home. This led to a lot of behavioral problems,

61
00:05:02.519 --> 00:05:05.519
substance abuse issues. As a matter of fact, by the

62
00:05:05.600 --> 00:05:09.879
time Jonathan was sixteen, and shortly after his brother gets

63
00:05:09.920 --> 00:05:13.600
sentenced to prison for those infractions I just told you about,

64
00:05:14.399 --> 00:05:19.199
Jonathan attempts suicide by drinking any freeze. He ends up

65
00:05:19.279 --> 00:05:22.399
dropping out of school in the ninth grade after he

66
00:05:22.519 --> 00:05:26.120
gets in trouble for beating up a student in which hey,

67
00:05:26.240 --> 00:05:29.079
he was going to get expelled from school anyway, but

68
00:05:29.240 --> 00:05:33.399
he just drops out, lives a life on the streets right.

69
00:05:33.720 --> 00:05:37.399
Very little to no structure at all for these guys.

70
00:05:37.959 --> 00:05:42.000
So moving on to the age of nineteen and shortly

71
00:05:42.199 --> 00:05:46.600
after being sentenced to prison, Reginald had other charges to

72
00:05:46.759 --> 00:05:50.120
face for drugs. Those were laid upon him prior to

73
00:05:50.240 --> 00:05:53.879
being sentenced for his present crime, and he gets an

74
00:05:53.959 --> 00:05:57.839
additional twenty eight months on the drug charges. Now, I

75
00:05:57.920 --> 00:06:00.160
want to really get to the cusp of what we're

76
00:06:00.160 --> 00:06:02.959
going to talk about today, but I want to paint

77
00:06:02.959 --> 00:06:06.680
a picture of these two guys in the trouble. You

78
00:06:06.759 --> 00:06:10.360
would already see that they were getting into before any

79
00:06:10.439 --> 00:06:13.160
of what I'm about to talk about happened. So let's

80
00:06:13.199 --> 00:06:17.519
get to the year two thousand and Reginald gets parole

81
00:06:17.600 --> 00:06:21.920
from President after serving time for those convictions, and at

82
00:06:22.000 --> 00:06:25.560
this time he's twenty two years of age of thereabouts.

83
00:06:25.920 --> 00:06:29.319
His brother Jonathan was currently in jail at the point

84
00:06:29.399 --> 00:06:33.199
that he gets released on a dui charge. Now, upon

85
00:06:33.759 --> 00:06:38.560
Jonathan's release, the brothers they're back together again and they're

86
00:06:38.639 --> 00:06:43.000
both out of jail. But it wouldn't last because this

87
00:06:43.279 --> 00:06:48.639
actually spelled horrific trouble for Wichita, Kansas. Now, at this time,

88
00:06:49.000 --> 00:06:52.839
Reginald is twenty three and Jonathan is twenty. So let

89
00:06:52.920 --> 00:06:59.160
me tell you about Andrew Shreiver. Andrew was twenty three

90
00:06:59.240 --> 00:07:03.199
years old and he was an assistant baseball coach at

91
00:07:03.360 --> 00:07:07.240
what is known as Newman University. This is in Wichita, Kansas.

92
00:07:07.720 --> 00:07:09.639
And a little bit about this guy. He was an

93
00:07:09.800 --> 00:07:14.680
avid outdoorsman. He had a deep passion for baseball. He

94
00:07:14.800 --> 00:07:19.519
actually had played sports since he could literally walk. Baseball

95
00:07:19.720 --> 00:07:23.040
was his thing. He played catcher and he loved that

96
00:07:23.199 --> 00:07:26.240
position because, in his words, he could be involved in

97
00:07:26.439 --> 00:07:31.720
every pitch in every play of baseball. He was very athletic.

98
00:07:32.000 --> 00:07:34.720
He played college baseball as a matter of fact, prior

99
00:07:34.759 --> 00:07:37.319
to becoming a coach. And he was a big guy

100
00:07:37.600 --> 00:07:40.879
six feet tall, two hundred and twenty pounds, and he

101
00:07:41.120 --> 00:07:45.959
was originally from Mountain View, California. Now by all accounts,

102
00:07:46.399 --> 00:07:51.399
every account. Just a great guy, no criminal history, living

103
00:07:51.800 --> 00:07:55.040
the typical life of a young person making their way right.

104
00:07:55.120 --> 00:08:00.000
He young professional, but things would drastically change for him

105
00:08:00.480 --> 00:08:03.759
on December seventh of two thousand. So let's get into

106
00:08:04.199 --> 00:08:08.160
what happened. On the evening of December seventh of two thousand,

107
00:08:08.279 --> 00:08:12.399
around ten forty five pm, Andrew Schreiber stops at a

108
00:08:12.480 --> 00:08:17.639
convenience store located in East Wichita, Kansas. He parks his

109
00:08:17.839 --> 00:08:22.519
vehicle on nineteen ninety eight Ford Expedition SUV on the

110
00:08:22.680 --> 00:08:25.199
side of that building and he goes inside to make

111
00:08:25.240 --> 00:08:28.879
a purchase. He makes his purchase, he goes back out

112
00:08:28.959 --> 00:08:32.000
to his vehicle, he jumps in, and he starts the

113
00:08:32.120 --> 00:08:36.279
vehicle up. Shreiver was then approached by a blackmail in

114
00:08:36.399 --> 00:08:39.919
his twenties, approximately five nine to five ten, medium build,

115
00:08:40.240 --> 00:08:45.120
wearing a beanie blue jeans and a longsleeved dark T shirt.

116
00:08:45.799 --> 00:08:50.440
The individual was later identified as a Reginald car and

117
00:08:50.600 --> 00:08:56.039
he points a semi automatic black handgun at the driver's

118
00:08:56.080 --> 00:08:59.799
side window. He presses the barrel against the glass, and

119
00:09:00.000 --> 00:09:03.519
he orders Schreiber to unlock the door and move to

120
00:09:03.679 --> 00:09:07.759
the front passenger seat. Reginald then strikes Schreiber in the

121
00:09:07.879 --> 00:09:11.200
back of the head with the gun to like hurry

122
00:09:11.279 --> 00:09:14.360
him along. He enters the vehicle and he backs out

123
00:09:14.360 --> 00:09:17.879
of the parking lot and he drives away while asking

124
00:09:18.080 --> 00:09:21.720
Schreiber if he had any money. Schreiber, he complies, and

125
00:09:21.840 --> 00:09:24.000
he just hands over his wallet. He's not looking for

126
00:09:24.080 --> 00:09:26.840
trouble man. This guy's all about his life right and

127
00:09:27.039 --> 00:09:31.080
building his professional life. He didn't want this problem. So

128
00:09:31.200 --> 00:09:34.519
at this point, Reginald drives a short distance and then

129
00:09:34.559 --> 00:09:38.559
he pulls the suv over and in nearby Alli in

130
00:09:38.679 --> 00:09:43.799
a second blackmail later identified as Jonathan Carr, the brother,

131
00:09:44.120 --> 00:09:46.879
he pulls out a handgun and he presses it against

132
00:09:46.960 --> 00:09:52.240
the front passenger window at Shreiber, and he orders Schreiber

133
00:09:52.360 --> 00:09:55.279
to slide over into the middle seat, which he does.

134
00:09:55.960 --> 00:09:58.759
The second man slides in the vehicle and then he

135
00:09:58.919 --> 00:10:02.320
takes the gun and he strikes Shreiber in the head

136
00:10:02.399 --> 00:10:05.399
with the pistol. Now, at this point, both brothers start

137
00:10:05.559 --> 00:10:10.240
demanding Schreiber's ATM card and his pen number, to which

138
00:10:10.480 --> 00:10:12.639
he provides that as I said, this guy on won

139
00:10:12.759 --> 00:10:16.759
no problems, the guys being compliant the whole time. At

140
00:10:16.840 --> 00:10:20.919
this point they proceed to drive to three ATMs in

141
00:10:21.000 --> 00:10:24.200
the area, and at each stop, this guy's forced to

142
00:10:24.360 --> 00:10:28.799
exit the vehicle with draw cash, and the men the

143
00:10:28.879 --> 00:10:31.320
whole time they're driving to these ATMs would just be

144
00:10:31.480 --> 00:10:35.320
holding this gun against his head reminding him, you better

145
00:10:35.480 --> 00:10:38.080
listen to us. Now. I'm sure we're all familiar that

146
00:10:38.279 --> 00:10:42.200
ATMs have withdraw limits, and it's for reasons like this

147
00:10:42.639 --> 00:10:46.440
primarily that they do. And at this point in time,

148
00:10:46.639 --> 00:10:51.000
and with whatever bank that Shreiber was using, those withdraw

149
00:10:51.240 --> 00:10:54.919
limits were three hundred dollars typically, So at the first

150
00:10:55.000 --> 00:10:59.039
bank they force him to withdraw three hundred dollars. At

151
00:10:59.080 --> 00:11:03.000
the second bank they force him to withdraw another three

152
00:11:03.080 --> 00:11:06.360
hundred dollars. At the third bank, he goes to withdraw

153
00:11:06.480 --> 00:11:08.600
three hundred, he can't do it, so he's able to

154
00:11:08.639 --> 00:11:12.879
withdraw two hundred. Then he attempts to draw three hundred again,

155
00:11:13.120 --> 00:11:17.240
but that transaction failed. Why because at this point they've

156
00:11:17.320 --> 00:11:19.240
taken all the money out of this guy's account. He

157
00:11:19.279 --> 00:11:21.879
ain't got a ton of money. So the total amount

158
00:11:22.200 --> 00:11:25.320
that was stolen was about eight hundred dollars, which is

159
00:11:25.440 --> 00:11:28.960
all the cash that this guy had. Now during all

160
00:11:29.080 --> 00:11:32.799
this driving around to all these ATMs. The man are

161
00:11:33.000 --> 00:11:37.480
also demanding Shriver's jewelry, which he pulls off a chain

162
00:11:37.600 --> 00:11:40.320
he had, gives it to him, takes all that off

163
00:11:40.399 --> 00:11:44.320
his watch, and they just start pistol whipping this guy again.

164
00:11:44.759 --> 00:11:47.799
So after running around to all these ATMs, the car

165
00:11:47.960 --> 00:11:50.919
brothers they start talking about how they're gonna get rid

166
00:11:50.960 --> 00:11:53.720
of this guy. At first, they discussed taking him to

167
00:11:53.879 --> 00:11:57.559
a remote location somewhere and just leaving him there, and

168
00:11:57.639 --> 00:12:00.759
that's what they decide to do. So eventually they stop

169
00:12:00.960 --> 00:12:04.759
at a car wash. In the two vehicles, they switch positions,

170
00:12:05.000 --> 00:12:08.159
with Jonathan now being the driver of the vehicle and

171
00:12:08.320 --> 00:12:12.600
Reginald being the passenger, but they don't drive away. Instead,

172
00:12:12.679 --> 00:12:15.840
they tell Shrever to lie down on the floor of

173
00:12:16.000 --> 00:12:20.519
the expedition in the back seat, face first, and he

174
00:12:20.679 --> 00:12:23.279
hears them and he can hear them start wiping down

175
00:12:23.440 --> 00:12:27.159
the entire suv on the inside and why is that, well,

176
00:12:27.200 --> 00:12:31.679
they're trying to remove fingerprints, et cetera. And he hears

177
00:12:32.120 --> 00:12:35.519
all of a sudden, out of the clear blue three gunshots.

178
00:12:35.879 --> 00:12:39.399
At that point. One of them tells him to remain

179
00:12:39.559 --> 00:12:44.240
lying down and wait there twenty minutes before moving, and

180
00:12:44.360 --> 00:12:47.000
they also tell him before they jump back out of

181
00:12:47.039 --> 00:12:50.200
the vehicle. We're going to be watching. So Shreib waits

182
00:12:50.240 --> 00:12:52.879
a little while and he hears the car start up,

183
00:12:53.200 --> 00:12:56.159
which later on is determined was the getaway car for

184
00:12:56.240 --> 00:12:59.159
the brothers. He hears that start up, he hears the

185
00:12:59.240 --> 00:13:02.519
car drive away, and he puts up his head just

186
00:13:02.799 --> 00:13:07.080
as those tail lights are leaving. And the only thing

187
00:13:07.159 --> 00:13:11.320
that he noticed was the vehicle had square tail lights,

188
00:13:11.399 --> 00:13:14.000
which was kind of different in those days. He then

189
00:13:14.159 --> 00:13:17.639
exited the vehicle and he sees one tire with three

190
00:13:17.759 --> 00:13:21.440
bullets in it from a three eighty caliber gun. But

191
00:13:21.840 --> 00:13:25.000
despite the fact that three bullets were in this tire,

192
00:13:25.919 --> 00:13:27.960
he was able to drive it. Now he had to

193
00:13:28.000 --> 00:13:31.919
find his keys first, which he did miraculously in a

194
00:13:32.159 --> 00:13:34.559
field that they had thrown him in right there by

195
00:13:34.600 --> 00:13:38.000
the car wash. Sheer luck on that, but he does

196
00:13:38.720 --> 00:13:42.159
manage to drive home, even with three bullets in that tire,

197
00:13:42.360 --> 00:13:45.159
and he calls nine to one one and tells police. Now,

198
00:13:45.279 --> 00:13:48.080
obviously he was injured in all this with all the

199
00:13:48.200 --> 00:13:52.919
pistol whipping going on, but nothing serious fortunately for him.

200
00:13:53.919 --> 00:13:58.360
Unfortunately it would not be the same story for other

201
00:13:58.519 --> 00:14:03.840
victims of these So as police start investigating this. What

202
00:14:04.039 --> 00:14:09.879
they don't realize is the Wichita massacre is just beginning

203
00:14:10.240 --> 00:14:14.440
while they are doing their investigation into this carjacking. Just

204
00:14:14.960 --> 00:14:19.120
three days later, on December eleventh of two thousand, the

205
00:14:19.399 --> 00:14:24.080
area would be introduced to Anne Walenta. So before we

206
00:14:24.159 --> 00:14:26.240
go into what happened, let me tell you a little

207
00:14:26.240 --> 00:14:29.879
bit about Anne's background. At the time she became the

208
00:14:30.000 --> 00:14:33.559
victim of the car brothers, she was fifty five years old.

209
00:14:33.840 --> 00:14:37.799
She was a very accomplished musician. She actually played the cello,

210
00:14:38.159 --> 00:14:43.919
and she was also a librarian who resided in East Wichita, Kansas. Now,

211
00:14:44.039 --> 00:14:48.120
she graduated in music education in nineteen sixty eight. She

212
00:14:48.240 --> 00:14:52.000
gets her master's degree in music. And music was not

213
00:14:52.159 --> 00:14:54.960
only a major part of her life, it was her life.

214
00:14:55.080 --> 00:14:59.200
She loved it and she was very beloved by everybody

215
00:14:59.240 --> 00:15:02.279
who came a loss this lady. Now, on the evening

216
00:15:02.440 --> 00:15:06.480
of December eleventh of two thousand, around nine to forty pm,

217
00:15:06.759 --> 00:15:11.320
and was just returning home from orchestra practice. She was

218
00:15:11.440 --> 00:15:15.679
driving her two thousand GMC Yukon and just headed back home.

219
00:15:16.159 --> 00:15:20.679
Now she approached her driveway, what she didn't notice is

220
00:15:20.759 --> 00:15:24.720
that she was being followed. She pulls into her driveway,

221
00:15:25.000 --> 00:15:28.759
and at that point, a four door sedan stops in

222
00:15:28.840 --> 00:15:32.679
front of a nearby resident. A man later identified as

223
00:15:32.799 --> 00:15:36.639
Reginald car exits the passenger seat of that vehicle and

224
00:15:36.759 --> 00:15:41.159
he approaches the driver side of Anne's Yukon and he

225
00:15:41.279 --> 00:15:45.879
tells her that he needed help, and, for whatever reason,

226
00:15:46.039 --> 00:15:50.399
not sensing something was a miss, she lets her window

227
00:15:50.519 --> 00:15:53.919
down a few inches to speak to Reginald, not all

228
00:15:53.960 --> 00:15:57.399
the way down, just more than cracked, but not all

229
00:15:57.399 --> 00:16:01.159
the way down. At that point, he yanks out a

230
00:16:01.320 --> 00:16:05.039
three eighty caliber handgun, points it at her head. He

231
00:16:05.159 --> 00:16:07.360
kind of turns it sideways to fit it through that

232
00:16:07.519 --> 00:16:12.639
partially opened window, and he tells her don't move now. Anne,

233
00:16:12.879 --> 00:16:17.279
at this point freaks out. She goes to kick the

234
00:16:17.559 --> 00:16:21.840
suv into reverse, and when she does that, at almost

235
00:16:21.919 --> 00:16:26.240
the exact same time, Reginald, sensing she's about to haul ass,

236
00:16:26.879 --> 00:16:31.639
fires three shots into the vehicle. At that point, Anne

237
00:16:31.840 --> 00:16:35.039
just kind of slumps in that seat she's hit, and

238
00:16:35.159 --> 00:16:41.200
the sedan drives away from the scene. Now, somehow, Anne

239
00:16:41.399 --> 00:16:45.519
manages to start honking the horn and flashing the lights,

240
00:16:45.679 --> 00:16:50.399
which alerts a neighbor. The neighbor runs outside, runs up

241
00:16:50.519 --> 00:16:54.639
to the suv where she finds Anne slumped over. Of course,

242
00:16:54.720 --> 00:16:57.799
she calls nine to one one. The police come and

243
00:16:58.000 --> 00:17:01.200
Anne is rushed to the hospital and is able to

244
00:17:01.360 --> 00:17:05.640
provide a description to police. Now, she is in bad shape.

245
00:17:06.200 --> 00:17:10.440
All three shots that were fired from Reginald's gun hit her.

246
00:17:11.160 --> 00:17:15.839
It was life or death literally for her, and sadly,

247
00:17:16.200 --> 00:17:20.599
one of those bullets severed her spinal cord which paralyzed her.

248
00:17:20.839 --> 00:17:24.480
Now in the meantime, police are gathering up bullet casings

249
00:17:24.519 --> 00:17:27.240
from the scene and they start working the case. On

250
00:17:27.359 --> 00:17:31.240
a much more tragic note, Anne would fight for her

251
00:17:31.400 --> 00:17:35.400
life for close to a month before she would eventually die.

252
00:17:35.640 --> 00:17:39.559
This was on January second of two thousand and one. Now,

253
00:17:39.680 --> 00:17:42.640
brought up these bullet casings for a reason, and that

254
00:17:42.839 --> 00:17:46.079
is because police in short order would manage to match

255
00:17:46.440 --> 00:17:49.880
those bullet casings to the bullet casings that were recovered

256
00:17:49.920 --> 00:17:53.519
from that car wash in the carjacking of Andrew Shreiber.

257
00:17:54.119 --> 00:17:56.519
So they know these things are linked and it would

258
00:17:56.519 --> 00:17:59.359
play a role obviously in the conviction of the car

259
00:17:59.519 --> 00:18:02.519
brothers later on. So we're going to fast forward only

260
00:18:02.640 --> 00:18:06.640
three more days to the early morning hours of December

261
00:18:07.119 --> 00:18:11.799
fourteenth and five, victims. I'm going to tell you about

262
00:18:11.839 --> 00:18:14.400
the crime, and I'm going to tell you who those

263
00:18:14.759 --> 00:18:21.240
people were individually. So around eleven PM on December fourteenth

264
00:18:21.440 --> 00:18:25.920
of two thousand, the car brothers, armed with handguns forced

265
00:18:25.960 --> 00:18:28.440
their way into what's none as a triplex, which think

266
00:18:28.480 --> 00:18:33.960
of a duplex as downstairs and upstairs apartments at triplex

267
00:18:34.240 --> 00:18:37.519
is three. So they force their way into this triplex.

268
00:18:37.759 --> 00:18:42.920
It's located in northeast Wichita, Kansas and this residence, this

269
00:18:43.119 --> 00:18:46.119
triplex is shared by three men, a guy by the

270
00:18:46.200 --> 00:18:50.119
name of Jason Beffert who is twenty six in a

271
00:18:50.200 --> 00:18:55.720
high school science teacher, Brad Haika who is twenty seven

272
00:18:56.000 --> 00:19:00.799
and director of finance at a finance company, and Aaron

273
00:19:01.319 --> 00:19:05.039
Sanders who is twenty nine and a former financial analyst

274
00:19:05.200 --> 00:19:09.200
who is actually studying to be a priest now that evening.

275
00:19:09.440 --> 00:19:14.079
Also present in that triplex were two females, Heather Mueller,

276
00:19:14.400 --> 00:19:18.079
who was a preschool teacher and someone were just gonna

277
00:19:18.119 --> 00:19:21.839
call Holly, who was an elementary school teacher and is

278
00:19:21.920 --> 00:19:25.400
also the girlfriend of Jason. Now, these people are all

279
00:19:25.559 --> 00:19:29.480
just hanging out being twenty somethings when these two guys,

280
00:19:29.920 --> 00:19:33.880
these two brothers, break into the home armed with guns

281
00:19:34.240 --> 00:19:37.519
and incidentally totally picked this house out by random. The

282
00:19:37.599 --> 00:19:41.559
Car Brothers, upon entry, order all five occupants into the

283
00:19:41.680 --> 00:19:45.680
bedroom at gunpoint, and they bound their hands with black

284
00:19:46.000 --> 00:19:51.000
electrical tape and pantyhose of all things, and they forced

285
00:19:51.039 --> 00:19:54.480
them all to strip naked. At this point, the Car

286
00:19:54.599 --> 00:19:58.480
Brothers start ransacking the house. They're looking for cash, they're

287
00:19:58.519 --> 00:20:02.599
looking for credit cards, jewel whatever. Now one of the

288
00:20:02.759 --> 00:20:05.440
things that actually find y'all, and this is so sad.

289
00:20:05.920 --> 00:20:09.880
Hidden in a popcorn box they find an engagement ring

290
00:20:10.400 --> 00:20:14.200
that Jason was going to give to his girlfriend Holly

291
00:20:14.920 --> 00:20:18.400
just a few days later. She didn't even know about this,

292
00:20:18.680 --> 00:20:22.519
and they pull it out. And how's that for a situation?

293
00:20:23.319 --> 00:20:26.920
To find out that your boyfriend was about to ask

294
00:20:27.039 --> 00:20:31.119
you to be his wife. Unbelievable, So they ransacked the

295
00:20:31.160 --> 00:20:34.599
house in over the next three hours, the Car brothers

296
00:20:34.720 --> 00:20:40.079
subjected the male victims to repeated physical assaults, just beating

297
00:20:40.160 --> 00:20:42.559
the shit out of these guys, and they would rate

298
00:20:42.839 --> 00:20:47.519
the female occupants of that home multiple times in places

299
00:20:47.599 --> 00:20:50.960
such as the bathroom and the bedrooms of the home.

300
00:20:51.440 --> 00:20:55.319
The Car brothers would then force the two young ladies

301
00:20:55.680 --> 00:21:00.359
to perform sexual acts on them while the men watched.

302
00:21:00.920 --> 00:21:05.000
In all three male occupants, they were forced to watch

303
00:21:05.240 --> 00:21:11.680
this entire ordeal go down just horrific. Now, during this invasion,

304
00:21:11.799 --> 00:21:14.920
the Car brothers made two separate trips to the ATM

305
00:21:15.240 --> 00:21:20.640
to withdraw money using the victims debit cards. First, around midnight,

306
00:21:20.960 --> 00:21:25.400
Jonathan Carr takes Heather Muller still naked, mind you, but

307
00:21:25.519 --> 00:21:27.720
he does allow her to wear a sweater. What a

308
00:21:27.839 --> 00:21:32.039
nice guy to an ATM in a grocery store parking lot.

309
00:21:32.599 --> 00:21:36.359
She withdraws three hundred and fifty dollars. Now, upon returning

310
00:21:36.759 --> 00:21:41.400
back to the home, he takes the other female victim, Holly,

311
00:21:41.720 --> 00:21:47.039
also partially clothed, and she withdraws approximately eight hundred dollars

312
00:21:47.200 --> 00:21:50.640
from an ATM. And the brothers would alternate guarding the

313
00:21:50.799 --> 00:21:53.960
remaining victims in the house while the other one would

314
00:21:54.000 --> 00:21:58.519
go to the ATM to withdraw money. So around two

315
00:21:58.640 --> 00:22:02.200
am on December fifth, fifteenth, the Car brothers have had

316
00:22:02.359 --> 00:22:05.720
enough and they decide to go ahead and end the ordeal.

317
00:22:06.400 --> 00:22:10.720
So they gather up all five victims still naked, and

318
00:22:10.799 --> 00:22:13.480
they asked Jason to give up his keys to his

319
00:22:13.640 --> 00:22:16.680
Dodge to cot of pick up and they drive about

320
00:22:16.799 --> 00:22:21.200
six miles from where this all went down. Now, at

321
00:22:21.240 --> 00:22:25.359
this point, these people, these victims are tunnely naked. It's

322
00:22:25.480 --> 00:22:31.240
twenty five degrees outside and it's freaking snowing, And they

323
00:22:31.359 --> 00:22:35.319
bring them out to this field that is covered in snow,

324
00:22:36.359 --> 00:22:40.880
and they force them to get down on their knees

325
00:22:41.440 --> 00:22:44.960
in the snow, and then they walk down the line

326
00:22:46.079 --> 00:22:50.920
and shoot every one of them in the back of

327
00:22:51.000 --> 00:22:59.160
the head execution style. Now, Jason, Brad, Aaron, and Heather

328
00:22:59.839 --> 00:23:07.400
are killed instantly. Holly was shot, but by sheer miracle,

329
00:23:07.519 --> 00:23:11.400
y'all tell me God doesn't work in mysterious ways. By

330
00:23:11.559 --> 00:23:17.160
sheer miracle, she survives because the bullet that was intended

331
00:23:17.200 --> 00:23:19.720
to go directly in the back of her head, it

332
00:23:19.920 --> 00:23:25.599
basically skips off of a plastic hair clip she was wearing.

333
00:23:25.680 --> 00:23:28.440
Can you believe that shit. So she ended up with

334
00:23:28.640 --> 00:23:31.440
just a scalp wound. And that's the reason I'm not

335
00:23:31.680 --> 00:23:35.519
disclosing her name. It's because she lived. But she lives

336
00:23:35.880 --> 00:23:38.559
obviously in a lot of fear and she doesn't want

337
00:23:38.599 --> 00:23:41.720
her name disclosed. So all these people are shot and

338
00:23:41.880 --> 00:23:45.359
killed execution style, with the exception of Holly, But she

339
00:23:45.519 --> 00:23:49.200
does lay down in that field and plays dead, and

340
00:23:49.319 --> 00:23:53.599
the brothers assume everybody's dead. They get back in the

341
00:23:53.680 --> 00:23:58.000
Dodge Dakota and they leave the scene. Now, after they left,

342
00:23:58.480 --> 00:24:01.359
they were turned back to these people's home and they

343
00:24:01.480 --> 00:24:05.039
steal just about everything in it. Now, while this is

344
00:24:05.119 --> 00:24:10.119
going on, Holly steal naked and very injured, she runs

345
00:24:10.400 --> 00:24:14.480
over a mile through the snow to a nearby residence

346
00:24:15.039 --> 00:24:18.640
where the people who own that residence, they were awakened

347
00:24:18.680 --> 00:24:20.720
by her beating on the door, helped me, help me,

348
00:24:21.519 --> 00:24:24.960
and around four point thirty in the morning, they let

349
00:24:25.000 --> 00:24:27.720
her into the house and they call police, and she

350
00:24:27.880 --> 00:24:31.480
is able to provide a full description of the assailants

351
00:24:31.960 --> 00:24:35.079
and the full details of what occurred that night that

352
00:24:35.200 --> 00:24:39.519
I just told you. I don't know what would have

353
00:24:39.599 --> 00:24:42.160
happened beyond this had that girl not lived. It is

354
00:24:42.200 --> 00:24:46.559
a sheer miracle. And incidentally, this poor lady, in addition

355
00:24:46.799 --> 00:24:51.039
to everything else that she endured that night at the

356
00:24:51.200 --> 00:24:56.119
hands of these monsters, she also discovers one of them

357
00:24:56.240 --> 00:25:01.039
gave her an STD when she was ra by them.

358
00:25:01.519 --> 00:25:04.319
So police at this point they have on their hands

359
00:25:04.480 --> 00:25:09.359
a quadruple homicide, and within two hours, at six point

360
00:25:09.359 --> 00:25:13.839
thirty in the morning. The media is broadcasting this everywhere

361
00:25:14.559 --> 00:25:17.079
as well as a bolo A be on the lookout

362
00:25:17.440 --> 00:25:21.039
for a Dodge Dakota. Now, as luck would have it,

363
00:25:21.559 --> 00:25:25.240
a resident of an apartment complex in the Kansas area,

364
00:25:25.920 --> 00:25:28.279
he looks out his window and he spots a Dodge

365
00:25:28.359 --> 00:25:31.880
Dakota parked outside of his apartment complex that he's not

366
00:25:32.119 --> 00:25:35.400
used to seeing. Even more interesting than that is he

367
00:25:35.559 --> 00:25:40.039
discovers a large television set in the bed of that truck.

368
00:25:40.440 --> 00:25:43.119
And the reports put out by the media said that

369
00:25:43.279 --> 00:25:48.200
they stole a large television set. So he doesn't even

370
00:25:48.279 --> 00:25:52.359
call police. This dude drives to the police station to

371
00:25:52.519 --> 00:25:54.920
report it. He quite simply didn't want to hang out

372
00:25:55.200 --> 00:25:58.000
at his apartment and make that phone call because he

373
00:25:58.160 --> 00:26:00.000
was worried, what if these guys are going to come

374
00:26:00.200 --> 00:26:03.200
into my apartment. But that's how sure he was that

375
00:26:03.359 --> 00:26:07.440
these people were responsible. He actually drives to the police station.

376
00:26:07.680 --> 00:26:12.640
So around seven thirty am, police seal off the entire

377
00:26:12.920 --> 00:26:17.119
area surrounding that apartment complex and they discover the truck

378
00:26:17.559 --> 00:26:21.480
and they also find stolen property that they know belonged

379
00:26:21.519 --> 00:26:25.240
to the victims inside of that truck, as well as

380
00:26:25.559 --> 00:26:27.799
the television that was in the bed of that truck.

381
00:26:28.079 --> 00:26:31.920
So police start knocking on doors in that apartment complex,

382
00:26:32.039 --> 00:26:43.359
and one of those doors is that of Reginald Carr's girlfriend. Jim,

383
00:26:43.440 --> 00:26:45.960
did you see what happened in Texas today? Wait before

384
00:26:46.039 --> 00:26:48.319
you tell me that, let me tell you what happened

385
00:26:48.319 --> 00:26:50.359
in New York. It cannot be as crazy as the

386
00:26:50.440 --> 00:26:53.000
case I told you about yesterday in Louisiana. You know what,

387
00:26:53.440 --> 00:26:56.200
we should do a podcast about it, and with that

388
00:26:56.599 --> 00:26:59.640
we did. Crime War Weekly covers the crime news headlines

389
00:26:59.680 --> 00:27:03.079
that have dominated the week. We cover trending crimes from

390
00:27:03.200 --> 00:27:07.079
all over the country and even sprinkle in a few globally.

391
00:27:07.319 --> 00:27:09.960
Crime War Weekly is available now wherever you listen to

392
00:27:10.039 --> 00:27:14.039
your podcasts, simply by searching Crime Wire Weekly or clicking

393
00:27:14.200 --> 00:27:24.000
the link in the description of this podcast. They knock

394
00:27:24.079 --> 00:27:26.599
on the door, unbanished to that time that this is

395
00:27:26.759 --> 00:27:31.400
reginald course girlfriend. But after a delay, she does open

396
00:27:31.480 --> 00:27:36.240
the door and police see Reginald trying to run out

397
00:27:36.720 --> 00:27:42.000
of the back window of that apartment, so obviously he's arrested.

398
00:27:42.480 --> 00:27:45.799
And when they search the apartment they find one thousand

399
00:27:46.000 --> 00:27:52.200
dollars in cash and credit cards belonging to Jason Beefer

400
00:27:52.880 --> 00:27:57.319
a watch that belonged to Heather Mueller's mother in just

401
00:27:57.400 --> 00:28:00.559
about all the other stolen property from that So this

402
00:28:00.680 --> 00:28:03.720
guy's dead to right now. The same day, they are

403
00:28:03.839 --> 00:28:07.400
also able to locate and arrest Jonathan, who was at

404
00:28:07.480 --> 00:28:10.880
his girlfriend's house. He of course tries to run as well,

405
00:28:11.079 --> 00:28:14.960
but he's captured after a short footchase. Now, before I

406
00:28:15.039 --> 00:28:17.599
go any further, I'm going to go through a little

407
00:28:17.640 --> 00:28:20.440
bit of the background of all the people I just

408
00:28:20.599 --> 00:28:24.400
told you about involved in that horrific night, because I

409
00:28:24.480 --> 00:28:27.759
want to show them the proper respect and I want

410
00:28:27.799 --> 00:28:30.079
to let you know a little bit more about who

411
00:28:30.559 --> 00:28:36.079
these people were, these victims of this horrific crime that

412
00:28:36.240 --> 00:28:40.519
these two brothers committed. So Jason Beefert He was born

413
00:28:40.759 --> 00:28:43.839
in nineteen seventy four. He was a twenty six year

414
00:28:43.880 --> 00:28:48.400
old high school science teacher and basketball coach in which

415
00:28:48.480 --> 00:28:52.799
you taught Kansas at Augusta High School. His career was

416
00:28:52.880 --> 00:28:57.240
centered on education in athletics. He taught science classes, he

417
00:28:57.359 --> 00:29:01.359
coached basketball, and he would often return home late from practices,

418
00:29:01.519 --> 00:29:04.799
really dedicated himself to that. He was known for his

419
00:29:05.039 --> 00:29:09.319
structured routine. This guy would ensure doors were locked and

420
00:29:09.480 --> 00:29:12.839
lights off before going to bed every night. Just kind

421
00:29:12.880 --> 00:29:16.279
of in that habit right. Personally, he was in a

422
00:29:16.319 --> 00:29:21.920
committed relationship with his girlfriend Holly, or we're calling her Holly.

423
00:29:22.319 --> 00:29:25.799
She was also a fellow teacher, and he had planned

424
00:29:25.880 --> 00:29:29.279
to propose marriage to her. As I told you before

425
00:29:29.319 --> 00:29:33.440
he was killed. Now his life was marked by stability

426
00:29:33.640 --> 00:29:37.680
and ambition, and he was described as a reliable friend

427
00:29:37.920 --> 00:29:41.359
and educator with a focus on building a family and

428
00:29:41.440 --> 00:29:46.240
a career in Wichita. Just a great guy. I also

429
00:29:46.440 --> 00:29:51.599
mentioned Brad Haka and Brad was born in nineteen seventy

430
00:29:51.640 --> 00:29:56.079
three and he was originally from Saline County, Kansas. He

431
00:29:56.240 --> 00:29:59.319
was a twenty seven year old director of finance at

432
00:29:59.440 --> 00:30:03.799
Kash Financial Services in Wichita, and he grew up in Kansas.

433
00:30:04.079 --> 00:30:07.519
He actually graduated from Dodge City High School, followed by

434
00:30:07.720 --> 00:30:12.279
Dodge City Community College and then Kansas State College where

435
00:30:12.279 --> 00:30:15.440
he earned his degree. At Kansas State, he was a

436
00:30:15.559 --> 00:30:19.839
member of a fraternity and he later joined the university's

437
00:30:19.920 --> 00:30:23.920
alumni club. Family was important to him. He was survived

438
00:30:24.000 --> 00:30:27.759
by his father and his stepmother, His mother and his stepfather,

439
00:30:28.319 --> 00:30:31.519
a sister and a brother in law, two step brothers,

440
00:30:32.039 --> 00:30:35.440
one stepsister, and several uncles and aunts and even a

441
00:30:35.519 --> 00:30:39.680
great aunt, and he was known for his educational achievements

442
00:30:39.799 --> 00:30:45.160
and his dedication to Wichita's financial sector. Now Aaron Sander

443
00:30:45.599 --> 00:30:48.240
was born in nineteen seventy one and he was a

444
00:30:48.319 --> 00:30:52.400
twenty nine year old former financial analyst who had recently

445
00:30:52.640 --> 00:30:57.720
decided to pursue the priesthood in Wichita, Kansas. And he

446
00:30:57.920 --> 00:31:02.200
was described as a divinity student, transitioning from a career

447
00:31:02.240 --> 00:31:05.640
in finance where he had worked as a financial analyst

448
00:31:06.000 --> 00:31:09.680
including Koch Financial who has friend worked for, to a

449
00:31:09.839 --> 00:31:15.640
religious vocation and just by all accounts, another great guy. Now,

450
00:31:15.720 --> 00:31:18.559
let me tell you about Heather Mueller. Heather was born

451
00:31:18.599 --> 00:31:21.640
around nineteen seventy five. She was twenty five years old.

452
00:31:21.799 --> 00:31:25.039
She was a preschool teacher and she also taught kindergarten

453
00:31:25.640 --> 00:31:30.680
and just known as a faithful follower of Christ. She

454
00:31:30.839 --> 00:31:34.240
had a degree in audiology and she was pursuing a

455
00:31:34.440 --> 00:31:38.640
master's degree in the same field while working with children.

456
00:31:39.200 --> 00:31:43.599
Her career was dedicated to early childhood education and she

457
00:31:43.799 --> 00:31:46.400
was known for her love of children, which extended to

458
00:31:46.680 --> 00:31:50.160
founding what's known as Heather's Camp in two thousand, a

459
00:31:50.240 --> 00:31:54.759
summer program for visually impaired youth. Wow, I mean, this

460
00:31:56.039 --> 00:31:59.720
young lady just sounds amazing. And incidentally, this camp that

461
00:31:59.880 --> 00:32:03.720
was founded after her death has continued for over twenty

462
00:32:03.799 --> 00:32:08.680
four years, uplifting children who are blind and visually impaired.

463
00:32:09.160 --> 00:32:11.599
And I get chills just reading that. She was the

464
00:32:11.720 --> 00:32:16.960
former girlfriend of Aaron Sander, also killed and maintained a

465
00:32:17.039 --> 00:32:20.960
friendship that brought her to that triplex on the night

466
00:32:21.039 --> 00:32:24.279
of the incident. Her friends would describe her as someone

467
00:32:24.319 --> 00:32:28.920
who modeled Christian values closely, with a life centered on faith,

468
00:32:29.240 --> 00:32:33.920
education and community service. And her legacy, y'all continues even

469
00:32:34.000 --> 00:32:37.039
to this day. They have an annual Heather Muller Love

470
00:32:37.079 --> 00:32:39.680
of Faith Award at her school, given to an eighth

471
00:32:39.759 --> 00:32:45.920
grade student exemplifying her spirit. And I literally just got

472
00:32:46.039 --> 00:32:49.599
choked up reading that. She just sounds like such a

473
00:32:49.640 --> 00:32:52.599
beautiful person who was going way too soon. Let me

474
00:32:52.640 --> 00:32:55.400
tell you about Holly. Holly was a twenty five year

475
00:32:55.440 --> 00:32:58.960
old elementary school teacher in Wichita, Kansas. She was in

476
00:32:59.039 --> 00:33:01.880
a committee of relationship ship with Jason, and on the

477
00:33:02.079 --> 00:33:05.160
night of the incident she arrived around eight point thirty.

478
00:33:05.599 --> 00:33:10.160
Holly actually learned of Beefert's intention to propose marriage to

479
00:33:10.240 --> 00:33:14.839
her when the perpetrators discovered the hidden engagement ring. Her

480
00:33:14.960 --> 00:33:18.640
professional life involved teaching young students, and she was known

481
00:33:18.720 --> 00:33:24.000
for her dedication, even expressing concern during the ordeal about

482
00:33:24.079 --> 00:33:26.599
who would care for her students if she didn't survive.

483
00:33:26.759 --> 00:33:30.519
That's what kind of person that this girl was personally.

484
00:33:30.680 --> 00:33:35.799
She had a very supportive family, and she loved pets

485
00:33:36.000 --> 00:33:40.279
in just another beautiful person that these monsters just for

486
00:33:40.440 --> 00:33:43.720
no fucking reason, took away. So we're going to fast

487
00:33:43.799 --> 00:33:46.240
forward a little bit again, and I'm just going to

488
00:33:46.319 --> 00:33:49.559
tell you police were able to link all of these crimes.

489
00:33:49.680 --> 00:33:52.680
I just told you about the media. Of course, they

490
00:33:52.720 --> 00:33:55.079
were all over this thing, and there was a lot

491
00:33:55.160 --> 00:33:58.119
of pressure on the police to get convictions out of

492
00:33:58.160 --> 00:34:01.680
these guys, right, which with all of this evidence, that

493
00:34:01.839 --> 00:34:05.880
should be easy. So let's get into the trials. And

494
00:34:06.640 --> 00:34:09.880
Reginald Carr as well as his brother, they were tried

495
00:34:10.039 --> 00:34:14.840
jointly in the Sedgwick County District Court. Reginald faced one

496
00:34:14.920 --> 00:34:18.360
hundred and thirteen counts and eventually this would get reduced

497
00:34:18.400 --> 00:34:23.039
to fifty counts and Jonathan faced ninety three counts, which

498
00:34:23.119 --> 00:34:26.639
eventually would be reduced to forty three counts. They had

499
00:34:26.679 --> 00:34:29.800
a preliminary hearing in April of two thousand and one

500
00:34:30.440 --> 00:34:35.840
where Holly, the survivor, testified and she detailed the invasions,

501
00:34:36.079 --> 00:34:40.760
the rapes, the ATM robberies, and the executions. Now Andrew

502
00:34:40.880 --> 00:34:46.039
Schreiber also testified identifying the brothers from that earlier robbery.

503
00:34:46.480 --> 00:34:49.800
On October seventh of two thousand, jury selection and the

504
00:34:49.920 --> 00:34:54.199
trial began, and over one thousand potential jurors were screened

505
00:34:54.400 --> 00:34:59.239
for this trial over several weeks, and it included survivor

506
00:34:59.360 --> 00:35:04.760
testimony from Holly ballastics played a big role from the forensics,

507
00:35:05.119 --> 00:35:07.480
especially as it linked to the gun that was used

508
00:35:07.519 --> 00:35:10.199
in all of the crime, as well as DNA RA

509
00:35:10.360 --> 00:35:14.599
evidence from those rapes, which was a big thing. November

510
00:35:14.719 --> 00:35:17.960
four of two thousand and two, closing arguments and the

511
00:35:18.119 --> 00:35:23.480
jury deliberation started after thirteen days of testimony from eighty

512
00:35:23.559 --> 00:35:28.760
five witnesses, and on November fifth of two thousand and two,

513
00:35:29.400 --> 00:35:34.199
the jury convicts Reginald car on all fifty counts and

514
00:35:34.400 --> 00:35:39.679
they convict Jonathan Carr on forty three counts. All those

515
00:35:39.760 --> 00:35:44.880
counts mirrored each other except for Reginald had firearm possession charges.

516
00:35:44.960 --> 00:35:47.880
Because he was a convicted felon. His brother was not,

517
00:35:48.519 --> 00:35:52.039
so he didn't have that charge. Everything else mirrored exactly.

518
00:35:52.280 --> 00:35:56.599
November fourteenth of two thousand and two, death sentence is

519
00:35:56.800 --> 00:36:01.239
recommended by the jury, and on November fifteenth, the following

520
00:36:01.360 --> 00:36:05.559
day of two thousand and two, Judge Clark imposes the

521
00:36:05.679 --> 00:36:10.320
death sentence for the four capital murders against both brothers.

522
00:36:10.639 --> 00:36:14.360
So from two thousand and two to what seems like forever,

523
00:36:14.519 --> 00:36:17.679
all the way to twenty sixteen, this thing gets appealed

524
00:36:17.760 --> 00:36:20.920
to the hilt, doesn't matter. Everything is held up. I'm

525
00:36:21.000 --> 00:36:23.880
not gonna bore you with the details of you know,

526
00:36:24.039 --> 00:36:29.639
the intricacies of all the appeals, but I'm gonna tell

527
00:36:29.679 --> 00:36:34.000
you this twenty six years later, still arguing on whether

528
00:36:34.519 --> 00:36:37.960
or not they deserve to die for what I just

529
00:36:38.079 --> 00:36:41.880
told you they did. So there you have it. Thank

530
00:36:41.960 --> 00:36:45.400
you so much for listening. I'll be back next week

531
00:36:45.519 --> 00:36:48.719
with another brand new state to cover on this series

532
00:36:49.239 --> 00:36:54.159
fifty Shades of Evil, And until next time for Bloody

533
00:36:54.199 --> 00:36:57.480
and goa. I'm Jim Schiman, Peace.

534

535
00:37:23.679 --> 00:37:30.000
It's calling my name. There is no mercy and it's

536
00:37:30.119 --> 00:37:38.320
been a tentery juice as the hill Stream game Rango three.

537
00:37:40.519 --> 00:37:45.559
I'm here, be by mad or die.

538
00:37:47.239 --> 00:37:55.920
